PlayersLoot Seller Acceptable Use Policy
Seller is required to capture screenshots (printscreen before and after trade) or provide video evidence of the trade in case of dispute. Read more about proof of delivery under Playersloot terms.
Seller may be required to provide obligatory compensation to the buyer if an order is canceled or delayed due to seller's negligence. Stock level must be accurate at all times. For an example, if the stock level is set to 1000 gold, you are expected to deliver 1000 gold to the buyer. Make sure you have the item in possession before creating the listing
All communication and correspondence between the seller and the buyer must be done through the Playersloot Chat Application. Refrain from chatting in-game.
Seller is not allowed to provide offsite trade or personal offers in any way (see Offsite Trading below). Any sellers found doing so will have their Playersloot account permanently banned.
Communications with buyers must be courteous. We strictly prohibit the posting of harassing content, including but not limited to threats of violence. If you believe there has been a violation to any of our policies, please report it to us immediately.
Seller is not allowed to create more than one Playersloot account and commit fraud by buying from their own sales listing. Any seller found doing so is subject to penalties or even permanent ban of account.
If a trade dispute or chargeback arise due to reasons that is caused by the sellers, such as delivery delay, product that does not work, or did not upload proof of delivery as required, sellers are liable for all cost and damages associated with such disputes.
In-game virtual items, gold, and coins sold on the platform are all obtained legitimately ( Reaching the “Achievement” by completing the tasks). All products for sale are strictly reviewed by the platform. Gaming assets obtained through other means are prohibited.
Prohibited and counterfeited items and services
- In-game virtual items that are not “earned” by gamers with their efforts and achievements in the game. For clarity, virtual items that can be purchased with cash payment to the game developer are prohibited.
- Any listings that somehow encompass practices like duping, glitching, hacking, or modding
- Items or services that require the exchange of sensitive account credentials (username and password)
- Selling any premium virtual currencies that are exclusively purchased from game publishers and developers.
- Stolen or counterfeit goods
- Any item that contains a computer virus, malware, or spyware
- Any unauthorized or copyrighted copies include, but are not limited to, backup, pirated, duplicated, or bootlegged copies
- Selling account or access to an account that had been registered to a specific person
- Selling beta codes, beta software, test software, and evaluation software. These are pre-release copies of software distributed by software developers strictly for the purpose of evaluation and troubleshooting.
- Selling redeemed or used codes
If a Seller lists a prohibited item or service, as set forth below, it will be deemed to be a violation of our Terms of Service regardless of whether the Seller acted intentionally or not. If Playersloot determines that a listing is in violation or is otherwise inappropriate Playersloot may, at its discretion, remove the listing and cancel any related transactions up to and including termination or suspension of the Seller’s account.
Playersloot may not be used in connection with any product, service, transaction, or activity that in general is fraudulent, deceptive, or violates any law or government regulation.
The list of Prohibited Items may be updated from time to time at Playersloot’s discretion. Examples of items that fall under certain categories may also be expanded to provide better communication and context to our community.
Playersloot may not be used to sell any of the following products or services:

Offsite Trading
Playersloot takes very seriously on the trade practices conducted at our marketplace. While it is a rare occurrence, it has been reported on occasion where honest users are harmed by fraudulent actions/intentions of hoodwinkers. Trade conducted and completed within the Playersloot platform ensures that the order has gone through GamerProtect's (LootGuardian) verification checks and cleared appropriate protocols. Offsite trade will not receive any assurance from Playersloot either in mediation or indemnification as we are not liable for the actions of individuals taken outside of our trading platform.
We have enacted a policy for sellers currently to demonstrate a solid stance against soliciting offsite trade. Even if the intentions are pure, things can still go wrong, and therefore these proactive steps are being taken to ensure the safety of our honest users. If a seller is caught embezzling traffic from Playersloot to complete trade offsite, their accounts will be suspended. If a buyer, or seller tries to lure you to engage in offsite trading activities, please report it to us immediately. You may after all, save yourself and others from being unnecessarily affected by fraudulent activity.
Seller's Offense
1st Offense
- Your Playersloot account will be suspended temporarily (remove listings, disable payment withdrawal and selling permission, cancel any pending payments).
- You may contact Playersloot via [email protected] and produce a formal written appeal for your case. Our respective management shall review the case before deciding on the outcome.
- A penalty of USD150* is to be paid directly to us via specific payment gateways or deducted directly from seller's available balance, prior to the release of the account.
- Any partial delivery made will be deducted and a full refund shall be issued to the buyer.

2nd Offense
- Your Playersloot account will be suspended permanently.
- Your entire account and its contents will be revoked (including any available funds in the account).
Sellers will be disqualified if:
1. The seller is given more than 7 warnings within 30 days.
2. The seller does not cooperate with the platform to process the order/delay intentionally, under serious circumstances, the seller will be disqualified; In case of asset loss of the Buyer, the Platform has the right to deduct the corresponding amount of penalty to compensate the buyer.
3. There is an order dispute and the seller refuses to cooperate, causing losses to the buyer; And depending on the seriousness of the case, the account funds will be frozen indefinitely.
4. The seller asks the buyer for additional fees in private or collects handling fees in various names in disguise.
5. The seller leaks the buyer's name, contact information, address and other relevant information, causing bad influence.
6. The seller disseminate bad information that affect the platform and have bad influence.
7. The seller insult, threaten and other unfriendly acts to the buyers.
8. The corresponding business behavior of the seller is judged by the judicial authority to be suspected of a crime, the seller's qualification will be canceled, and the account assets may be frozen according to the requirements of the judicial authority.
9. Sellers conduct transactions on any other platforms and communities using the associated receiving account; If the seller is verified by the platform's risk control: accounts with problems in transactions on other platforms and communities are highly related to sellers on this platform (such as the account registered on other platforms) or the seller is related to money laundering incidents detected on other platforms, the platform has the right to directly disqualify the seller and freeze the account funds indefinitely.
10. There is any false information in the submitted application materials.
11. The seller takes advantage of the loopholes in the rules of the platform for profit.
12.The seller lease or buy or sell other's credit cards and the information of other payment platform for transactions and are judged by the platform to be suspected of money laundering; if there is conclusive evidence that the seller is directly involved in money laundering, the platform will directly report to the relevant judicial authorities.
Close a seller account:
If the seller needs to close the account due to his/her own reasons, he/she must submit an application for disqualification of the seller to the platform. After receiving the cancellation application, the seller's permission to create new listings will be closed first. If it is verified that the seller is not involved in any unresolved disputes or has no bad records, the platform will release the funds in the account within 7 working days and complete the application of closing the seller's account. Applying for seller certification again is not allowed within 90 days from the date of the application of closing the seller's account.
